It's easy to think that success comes from massive efforts and big gestures, but actually, it's the small consistent progress that yields the greatest results.

Progress often comes from consistent small steps.

Hey everyone today I want to talk to you about consistency and why it's so important to be consistent in your voiceover journey.

So there are a lot of areas in our voiceover business where we can benefit by being consistent.

Number one, I'm going to talk to you about your learning journey. When you are studying VO, when you are working with a coach, working in workout groups, it's really important for you to understand that while you are on the performance aspect of your journey, consistency is key. Practicing, reading aloud, working out with workgroups, working with your coach, keeping that on a consistent level, doing something every single day that relates to your voiceover journey is paramount because if you break that consistency, if you break the chain, it really is hard to get that momentum started back up again so that you can continue and grow and evolve. Because if you let too much time pass in between practicing or reading aloud or working with a coach, it's basically like starting from scratch all over again.

So remember in your learning journey, in your performance journey, make sure that you carve out some time every single day, even if it's just a tiny amount of time to do something that's voiceover-related. I know life gets in the way things happen. We have families, we have other obligations, but really try to just carve out a certain amount of time every single day to practice your performance, work with a coach, do something that will help you to grow in your performance areas.

Now in your business, you also want to maintain consistency because if you stop and are not consistent about maintaining your client connections again, that can be like starting from zero. It really helps for you to not necessarily have to have a daily conversation with a potential client, but be on a consistent road to gathering leads, getting new clients, to putting that time and effort into your marketing on a consistent basis. And when you do that, you're going to find that you are going to accelerate and grow your career by leaps and bounds. Make sure that you are consistent in both the performance and business aspects of your voiceover journey.

It's important to not lose that momentum. Keep elevating your performance, keep elevating your business, keep growing and keep moving.

Have a great weekend. I'll see you next week.

Thanks for reading!

Keep on rocking your business like a #VOBOSS
